![]() Will successfully complete all required in-house training and completion of AIC 30 Course and Exam.Ability to prioritize your workload and multi-task.Some work experience in Claim Work Station, Arbitration Forms and ESubro desirable but not required.Some work experience in Claim or insurance experience desirable.Performs other related duties as required or requested.Will successfully complete all required in-house training.Maintain claim files and document claim file activities in accordance with established procedures.Provides information to all interested parties, including the local agents, by answering routine questions regarding the status of the claim.Navigate and document multiple systems.Prepare well written contentions for arbitration filings when liability and/or damages are in dispute.Daily navigation and management of E-Subro Hub and Arbitration Forums, Inc.Inputs and retrieves information using the automated claims system, requests checks, form letters and other correspondence through the automated claim system.Negotiate liability and damage settlements with other insurance carriers.Timely completion of all case activities effectively in order to maximize claim recovery.This candidate will be hired at the right level depending on their background and skill set. This position is located in our Quincy, MA office. This candidate will be under close supervision responsible for applying cost containment strategies on property damage claims from adverse insurers.
